Fired Up turned up to quote on schedule and were very clear about options and relative benefits. I got an appointment to get the work done in a couple of days. They turned up promptly in the morning, working quietly and constantly through the day, periodically updating me and then clearly explained how everything in the new system worked. Cost of work was very much in the middle- not rock bottom, but nowhere near as high as some alternatives.
